The Florida State University Get Carded team formed a Living Green Ribbon in April 2005 to demonstrate the importance of organ and tissue donation.Living Green Ribbon volunteers distributed 154 donor cards and reached nearly 300 students during the 2005 campus event. The success of Get Carded at Florida State can be attributed to outstanding co-directors and a large team of dedicated student volunteers. Members of the Florida Coalition on Donation hosted Donor Awareness Day at the State Capitol in Tallahassee. Governor Jeb Bush and his Cabinet signed a resolution designating April 29, 2004 as Donor Awareness Day.Click any image for a larger view
