Who We Serve

LifeQuest Organ Recovery Services covers a 36-county territory in northern Florida, which spans from Jacksonville in the east, to Ocala in the south, to Pensacola in the west. This region supports a population of roughly 3.1 million people and spans 25,000 square miles.

Within the LifeQuest territory are four offices: Jacksonville, Gainesville (headquarters), Tallahassee and Pensacola.

LifeQuest works with three transplant programs in this area: Shands Transplant Center at the University of Florida (in Gainesville), Jacksonville Transplant Center at Shands Jacksonville (in Jacksonville) and St. Luke's Hospital (in Jacksonville). Service to the transplant centers can range from simply referring an organ offer to managing the entire organ retrieval process.

LifeQuest works with over 70 hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout this region to identify potential donors, to manage the care for donors prior to the recovery and to provide professional training to healthcare professionals involved in critical care and hospital administration.
